What happens if an item is out of stock?

Partner stores keep their availability synced, so out-of-stock items are hidden before checkout. If something runs out while your order is being picked, support calls you on a masked line to agree a swap or refund.

Can I schedule a grocery delivery?

Yes. Choose a delivery window at checkout instead of sending the order immediately — useful for weekly shops timed around when you are home.

Do you deliver frozen and chilled items?

Yes. Chilled and frozen items are packed for the trip and matched to the closest available rider to keep the run short.
