Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Druppa website and web app, what each category does, and how you control them.

Last updated 23 August 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device by your browser. We also use local storage and similar technologies, which work the same way and are covered by this policy.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary — sign-in sessions, workspace routing, security tokens, fraud prevention, and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off.
  • Preferences — light or dark theme, saved addresses shown first, default city and language.
  • Analytics — aggregated usage and performance data that shows which screens are slow or confusing so we can fix them.
  • Marketing — measuring campaigns and showing relevant merchant offers. Only set if you allow them.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by providers acting for us, such as our payment processor during checkout, mapping providers used for live tracking, and analytics tooling. These providers may only use the data for the purposes we specify.

4. Your choices

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject everything that is not essential, or choose categories individually. You can reopen those settings at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout.

5. How long cookies last

Session cookies are removed when you close your browser. Persistent cookies, including your consent record, last up to 12 months, after which we ask again.

This document describes how Druppa operates today. It is not legal advice; please contact us if anything here is unclear before you book.
